This Privacy Policy (version 2.2) explains how the operator of the A2A Property Market platform (“A2A”) collects, processes, and protects personal data in connection with the A2A Property Market platform, in strict compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (the “PDPL”).

2. Personal Data Categories & Retention Schedule

We retain personal data strictly in accordance with statutory requirements under UAE law and our data minimization policy:

Registered Broker Profile Data (Name, Email, Phone, DARI Licence): Retained for the duration of the account plus 7 years following closure (statutory AML/commercial audit requirement).
Listing & Legality Records (Permit numbers, consent attestations, change logs): Retained for 7 years for regulatory compliance.
Official WhatsApp Forwarding: Draft content from a verified member follows the listing-record schedule. Unknown-sender content and phone numbers are not stored; only a keyed anti-repeat hash may be held for up to 24 hours.
Security & Session Logs (IP address, login events, access logs): Retained for 90 days for fraud prevention and cybersecurity monitoring.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

Contractual Necessity: Processing account, listing, and subscription data required to deliver B2B marketplace services.
Legal & Regulatory Obligation: Verifying broker licensing, validating advertising permits, and complying with AML/CFT directives.
Explicit Consent: Revealing a member's WhatsApp or call number to another verified member requires a current, channel-specific opt-in that can be withdrawn immediately.

4. Rights of Data Subjects Under the PDPL

Under Articles 13-18 of the PDPL, you have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) request correction or updating of inaccurate data; (c) request erasure of your data (‘Right to be Forgotten’); (d) restrict or object to processing; and (e) withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a request to dpo@a2apropertymarket.site or submit an online takedown notice via /report. We process all verifiable requests within 48 hours.

5. Third-Party Processors & International Transfers

We engage vetted cloud hosting, database, security, and AI infrastructure providers under strict contractual data protection agreements.
Where personal data is transferred across borders for technical hosting, transfers are protected under appropriate cross-border safeguards in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the PDPL.

6. Forward-Only WhatsApp & Non-User Safeguards

A2A does not collect listing messages from WhatsApp groups in forward-only mode. A message received from an unknown sender is not retained as a draft and its content, media identifiers, and phone number are not written to the Platform database.
Any person may request removal of a listing or personal-data reference by contacting takedown@a2apropertymarket.site or using /report.

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه (الإصدار 2.2) كيف تجمع مُشغّل منصة A2A Property Market (“A2A”) البيانات الشخصية وتعالجها وتحميها، وفقاً للمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (45) لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة الإمارات (“قانون حماية البيانات”).

المتحكم في البيانات: مُشغّل منصة A2A Property Market، إمارة أبوظبي، دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

2. فئات البيانات وجدول مدد الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية وفقاً لمتطلبات القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات وسياسة تقليل البيانات:

بيانات ملف الوسيط المسجل (الاسم، البريد، الهاتف، رقم رخصة داري): يُحتفظ بها طوال فترة سريان الحساب ولمدة 7 سنوات بعد الإغلاق (وفق متطلبات مكافحة غسل الأموال والتدقيق التجاري).
سجلات العروض والتصاريح (أرقام التصاريح، إقرارات الموافقة، سجل التعديلات): يُحتفظ بها لمدة 7 سنوات للامتثال التنظيمي.
التحويل الرسمي عبر واتساب: تخضع مسودة العضو الموثّق لمدة الاحتفاظ بسجلات الإعلان. ولا يُحفظ محتوى أو رقم المرسل غير المعروف؛ ويجوز الاحتفاظ ببصمة مفتاحية لمنع التكرار لمدة لا تتجاوز 24 ساعة.
سجلات الأمان والدخول (عناوين IP، محاولات الدخول، سجلات النظام): يُحتفظ بها لمدة 90 يوماً لأغراض الحماية والأمن السيبراني.

3. الأساس القانوني للمعالجة

الضرورة التعاقدية: معالجة بيانات الحساب والعروض لتوفير خدمات التبادل العقاري للمشتركين.
الالتزام القانوني والتنظيمي: التحقق من التراخيص، والتحقق من تصاريح الإعلانات، والامتثال لمتطلبات مكافحة غسل الأموال.
الموافقة الصريحة: لا يُكشف رقم واتساب أو الاتصال لعضو آخر موثّق إلا بموافقة مستقلة وسارية لكل قناة، ويمكن سحبها فوراً.

4. حقوق أصحاب البيانات بموجب القانون

بموجب المواد 13-18 من قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية، يحق لك: (أ) الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية؛ (ب) طلب تصحيح أو تحديث البيانات غير الدقيقة؛ (ج) طلب محو البيانات؛ (د) تقييد المعالجة أو الاعتراض عليها؛ (هـ) سحب الموافقة في أي وقت.
لممارسة هذه الحقوق، يُرجى التواصل مع مسؤول حماية البيانات على dpo@a2apropertymarket.site أو تقديم طلب إزالة عبر /report، وتتم معالجة الطلبات المستوفية خلال 48 ساعة.

5. معالجو البيانات والتحويلات الدولية

نتعامل مع مزودي خدمات استضافة سحابية وأمان وقواعد بيانات معتمدين بموجب اتفاقيات حماية بيانات تعاقدية صارمة.
في حال نقل البيانات عبر الحدود لأغراض تقنية، فإن النقل يخضع للضمانات القانونية المنصوص عليها في المادتين 22 و23 من قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية.

6. التحويل فقط عبر واتساب وحماية بيانات غير المسجلين

لا تجمع A2A رسائل العروض من مجموعات واتساب في وضع التحويل فقط. وإذا وردت رسالة من مرسل غير معروف فلا تُحفظ كمسودة ولا تُكتب محتوياتها أو معرّفات وسائطها أو رقم الهاتف في قاعدة بيانات المنصّة.
يجوز لأي شخص طلب إزالة إعلان أو إشارة إلى بياناته الشخصية عبر takedown@a2apropertymarket.site أو نموذج /report.
